The Professional Development Academy is an online and interactive training program, recognised by NZSCTA, that has been developed using the philosophies and teaching practices of Laurie Lawrence. As a Swim Teacher it is important you continue to develop your knowledge, understanding and skills to be the best at what you do. The academy will give you access to ongoing PD training and learning modules that align with industry standards of practice and behavioural guidelines.
How does this training help me obtain PD credits towards re-accreditation? Swim Teachers must complete a minimum number of PD hours. Each time you complete a WWSS online training module you will be allocated 1 PD hour.
