Susan Carter has made a splash at World Wide Swim School starting this week as the company’s Manager of Business Engagement and Quality Improvement.
Susan joins us from JUMP! Swim Schools, and brings with her almost two decades of operations experience across the swimming industry – with 15 years spent working at AUSTSWIM alone.
Her new role will focus on building and strengthening stakeholder relationships to deliver quality teaching programs and business operating systems.
She will also play a key role in guiding the strategic direction of World Wide Swim School, as well as identify quality improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
World Wide Swim School founder Laurie Lawrence said Susan’s commencement was a milestone move for the business and warmly welcomed her to the team. “We’re really excited to have her on board, Susan’s well known and respected throughout the swimming industry, not just here in Australia but across the globe.
“It’s a big deal for us and a sure sign that World Wide Swim School is growing and has plans to become bigger and better,” Laurie said.
World Wide Swim School platform partner Dita Solutions CEO Ben Pedrazzini said Susan’s business mind coupled with her industry expertise made her a perfect fit.
“Our partnership shares a goal fuelled by passion to educate children, parents and the swimming industry about safe water practices and to improve swimming standards on an international scale, and Susan will be instrumental in helping World Wide Swim School achieve this,” Ben said.
